Need to Know

Is it women-only?

Yep. If you’re a biological female, you’re welcome. Sorry boys this gym isn’t for you. We’re a fitness space designed exclusively for women.

What are the opening hours?

05:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. That’s 18 bookable 1-hour slots, with full 24/7 access coming soon.

Do I need to book in advance?

Technically yes, but it’s seamless. Book in-app, on the go, or right at the door.

Is The Glute Shop a beginner-friendly gym?

100%! Our gym is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to lifting or a seasoned squatter, we’ll help you feel confident and strong.

We also provide fully built workouts to follow along, specifically tailored to our gym and equipment.

Can I record my workouts or post on social media?

Yes! We encourage user-generated content. Share your progress, film your lifts, and tag us. This is your space to shine.

Can I cancel my slot?

Yep. Cancel up to 3 hours before. Be a babe, free it up for someone else’s booty burn.

Why do you book slots?

We’re boutique. That means peace, privacy, and plenty of space. No waiting for machines. Just vibes and glute gains.

Do you offer classes?

Coming soon. Our Saturday SWEAT sessions will be glute-targeted, full-body burners, with music, community, and Beyoncé-level energy.
